Also, be able to list the functions of the old meter that are actually being used. A Laureate meter may be able to perform or exceed the key functions of the old meter, but it may not be able to duplicate all functions listed in the datasheet for that meter.

If your product is being set up for the first time and does not work as expected, setup assistance may solve your problem. If your meter has worked in the past but has stopped working without any changes to meter, you may have a hardware problem. In that case, call Laurel Sales at 714-434-6131 ext 102 or email sales@laurels.com. Sales will then provide an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and return instructions so that Laurel can evaluate your product.
Laurel’s shopping cart system was designed to configure and price out model numbers, and to refer customers to an authorized Laurel distributor. It was not designed to take orders direct with payment by credit card. However, we will work with you if you phone Laurel Sales at 714-434-6131 ext 102, or if you email sales@laurels.com.
We can ship most meters, counters, transmitters, and QLS Quad Loop splitters in one or two days of receipt of order. If your order is received in the morning, we may be able to ship by evening. Our business strategy is to have a 6-week inventory of modules in stock at any time. Since Laureates are modular with calibration factors stored in EEPROM in the module itself, we can configure and assemble meters quickly. We are also prepared to drop-ship directly to the end-user when the order is taken through a distributor. An exception to fast delivery is MAGNA series large digit displays, whose shipment typically takes 3-1/2 weeks from receipt of order.
Laurel will issue a Certificate of Conformance for each new meter or transmitter at no charge upon request. That document shows the product model number and serial number, and it states that this product meets Laurel’s published specifications. Laurel will issue a Certificate of Calibration for each new meter or transmitter for $50. That document lists the equipment that was used for calibration and states the annual calibration dates for that equipment.
